Job summary

KAYAK, part of Booking Holdings, is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the evolution of its experimentation platform from A/B testing to broader testing use cases. The role has global scope and requires collaboration with Engineering, Data, and Product teams.

Based in Concord, MA, you will work three days a week from the office and drive the platform's roadmap, requirements, metrics, and adoption with a focus on faster, trusted decision-making across KAYAK.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, or platform product management.
• Strong knowledge of experimentation methodologies including A/B testing and statistical foundations.
• Experience owning complex products or platforms with multiple collaborators.
• Strong product and project management skills: roadmap, prioritization, cross-functional execution.
• Comfort working with engineers and data practitioners on technical topics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High ownership, sound judgment, analytical skills, ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience reading and writing SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for KAYAK's experimentation platform and align priorities with goals.
• Define and communicate a clear product direction from current capabilities to broader testing use cases.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, and Product teams to shape features and plans.
• Translate user needs into clear product requirements and scoped initiatives.
• Define success metrics, drive adoption, and improve the platform through data and feedback.
• Improve experiment setup, execution, monitoring, analysis, and decision-making workflows.
