Job summary

KAYAK is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of its experimentation platform from its Concord, MA office. You will own the roadmap, align priorities with business goals, and partner with Engineering, Data, and Product to deliver a scalable testing platform that enables faster, more trusted decision-making.

This role requires 4+ years in product management and deep knowledge of experimentation methodologies, SQL, and technical collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, technical product management, or platform product management in tech.
• Strong knowledge of experimentation methodologies and statistics (significance, power, confidence intervals).
• Experience owning complex products or platforms with multiple collaborators and dependencies.
• Strong product/project management skills: roadmap, prioritization, cross-functional execution.
• Comfort working with engineers and data practitioners on technical topics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• High ownership, sound judgment, analytical skills, ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for KAYAK's experimentation platform and align priorities with goals.
• Define and communicate product direction from current A/B testing to broader use cases.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Product teams on features and requirements.
• Translate needs into clear product requirements and initiatives.
• Define success metrics, drive adoption, and improve platform through data and feedback.
• Improve experiment setup, execution, monitoring, analysis, and decision workflows.
