Job summary

Alpaca, a US-headquartered global leader in brokerage infrastructure, seeks a Product Manager to drive tokenization surface on ITN and related broker experiences.

You will partner with engineering, compliance, legal, and operations to ship regulated tokenization infrastructure at scale, while providing early signal on tokenized securities policy developments and maintaining partner-focused prioritization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, finance, or equivalent.
• 6+ years in product management or related roles with ownership in digital assets or capital markets.
• Experience with tokenized securities or on-chain settlement at scale.
• Understanding of equity market structure and blockchain rails.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for tokenization surface.
• Own end-to-end initiatives from mint/redeem to on-chain issuance.
• Prioritize across partnerships, regulatory constraints, and engineering capacity.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Ops to align the roadmap.
