Job summary

Werfen is a growing diagnostics leader providing solutions across Hemostasis, Acute Care Diagnostics, Transfusion, Autoimmunity, and Transplant. This role will define market requirements, manage a product line, and coordinate marketing support with field sales and technical services.

The ideal candidate has proven healthcare product management experience, strong planning and presentation skills, and a drive to achieve results through launches and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Bachelor's degree in biological science, business administration or marketing discipline, or equivalent.
• Minimum three years' experience in sales and/or marketing within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Defines and implements market requirements for new products.
• Product management of a dedicated product line.
• Coordinates marketing support programs and materials.
• Writes digital campaigns and newsletters.
• Lead the launch process for new products.
• Tracks KPIs related to product sales, market share, and customer satisfaction.
• Interfaces with all levels of management and resolves conflicts.
