Job summary

Addepar is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap for Developer Experience, CI, and CD within the internal Developer Platform. You will shape the tools engineers use to build, test, and ship code, including the developer portal, scaffolding, shared frameworks, and deployment tooling.

You will partner with platform leads to turn strategy into a prioritized, outcome-driven roadmap and define adoption metrics to guide investment and improve developer velocity.

Qualifications

• Prior product management experience owning developer-facing or platform products (internal tooling, CI/CD, developer portals, or infrastructure platforms).
• Ability to define and ship a roadmap in a technical domain translating ambiguous developer pain points into scoped work.
• Working fluency with CI/CD concepts and tooling to speak credibly with engineers.
• Experience prioritizing features for shared frameworks while balancing platform-wide adoption.
• Track record managing infrastructure/platform product development with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration to align leaders and consuming teams.
• Comfort with metrics-driven prioritization (e.g., deployment frequency, MTTR, lead time).

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the roadmap for Developer Experience, CI, and CD teams including the developer portal, scaffolding, frameworks, and deployment tooling.
• Partner with engineering leads to translate strategy into a sequenced roadmap with clear ownership.
• Define and track adoption metrics for developer tooling and prioritize investment accordingly.
• Drive self-service: reduce tickets by making golden paths and deployment the default.
• Gather feedback from engineering teams to identify friction and translate into priorities.
• Represent roadmaps to platform leadership and cross-functional partners; communicate tradeoffs clearly.
• Monitor industry trends to inform build-vs-buy and roadmap decisions.
