Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to own and ship a product roadmap in a technical, engineering-facing domain.
• Ability to translate ambiguous developer pain points into scoped, prioritized work.
• Experience with CI/CD concepts and tooling sufficient for credible discussions with engineers.
• Track record coordinating with multiple engineering stakeholders on platform features.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the roadmap for Developer Experience, CI, and CD across internal platforms.
• Collaborate with platform leads to convert strategy into a sequenced, owned roadmap.
• Define adoption metrics (deployment frequency, lead time, MTTR) and prioritize investments.
• Drive self-service goals by standardizing golden paths and deployment processes.
• Gather feedback from engineering teams to identify friction points and translate into priorities.
• Present roadmaps to platform leadership and stakeholders, articulating tradeoffs and progress.
• Monitor industry trends to inform build-vs-buy decisions and roadmap direction.
