Job summary

Addepar is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap for the Developer Experience, CI, and CD teams within the internal Developer Platform. You will define and drive the tools engineers use to build, test, and ship code, including the developer portal, scaffolding, and deployment tooling.

You will partner with platform engineering leads to translate pain points into a prioritized roadmap, measure adoption, and promote self-service to reduce manual tickets.

Qualifications

• Prior product management experience in developer-facing or platform products
• Ability to define and ship a roadmap in a technical domain with ambiguous pain points
• Technical fluency with CI/CD concepts suitable for dialogue with engineers
• Experience prioritizing features for shared application frameworks balancing needs
• Track record managing product development with multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Comfort with metrics-driven prioritization (e.g., deployment frequency, MTTR)

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the roadmap for Developer Experience, CI, and CD in the internal Developer Platform
• Partner with engineering leads to translate strategy into a sequenced roadmap with clear ownership
• Define and track adoption and outcome metrics for developer tooling
• Drive self-service to reduce manual platform tickets by making golden paths the default
• Gather feedback across the org to identify friction points and translate into priorities
• Represent roadmaps to platform leadership and cross-functional partners; communicate tradeoffs clearly
• Monitor industry trends to inform build-vs-buy decisions and roadmap directions
