Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management or founder/operator roles.
• Analytical rigor with data, cost models, and metrics.
• Deep technical fluency in large-scale systems, load management, APIs, ML models.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Plaid's strategy and roadmap for data-supply traffic, health, and cost efficiency.
• Build and prioritize traffic-optimization initiatives, including ML-driven opportunities and provider negotiations.
• Bridge between data-provider relationships and internal product teams; translate constraints into priorities.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to understand system behavior and trade-offs; drive decisions.
• Establish and track core traffic and cost metrics, identify risks, and measure progress.
