Job summary

Archy is seeking a technically-minded Product Manager to own the onboarding and data migration experience for new dental practices switching to Archy. You will move medical records from old systems to our cloud platform, design end-to-end user experiences, and build client-facing tracking tools and readiness checklists to ensure a seamless launch.

You’ll set the product vision, collaborate with design and engineering, and work with sales, support, and operations to maximize value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-growing startup, preferably B2B SaaS.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, design, data science, and GTM teams.
• Strong understanding of applying AI tools to accelerate development and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design the onboarding experience and dashboards for migrations.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding for technical customer migrations.
• Collaborate with engineering to build scalable tools for data extraction and cloud transformations.
• Integrate AI into day-to-day workflows to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Design multi-channel touchpoints with marketing and customer success for pre-migration setup and post-launch adoption.
• Implement robust product analytics to measure migration velocity and user friction.
