You will advance cloud infrastructure, build reliable Java Spring Boot services, and drive automation, observability, and security across the platform to support dental practices and patients. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- 6+ years of experience as Platform/DevOps/SRE with emphasis on IaC and automation.
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Leverages AI tools to move faster and improve outcomes in daily work.
- Strong focus on stability, performance, and security of the platform.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines from inception to deployment.
- Deepen knowledge of the backend stack (Java Spring Boot) and collaborate to optimize reliability and deployment workflows.
- Adopt and integrate AI tools to enhance productivity and decision‑making.
- Automate provisioning and monitoring to meet high-quality and security standards.

You’ll work through a series of live coding challenges based on real problems within our product, using an environment of your choice. We focus on how you approach problems, think through tradeoffs, and arrive at solutions. We’ll also discuss your technical experience, how you leverage AI in your day-to-day development workflow, and your interest in Archy. You’ll have time for questions as we want this to be a two-way conversation.
Interviews are conversational, focused on how you think, what motivates you, and your interest in Archy. We’ll also explore your experience, what you’re looking for next, how you approach early-stage environments, and how you use AI to improve the quality and efficiency of your work. In some cases, you may complete a case study or a mock call. You’ll have time for questions as we want this to be a two-way conversation.

- Own and evolve our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, driving projects from inception to deployment.
- Gain deep knowledge of our backend stack (Java Spring Boot) and partner with engineers to optimize system reliability, scalability, and deployment workflows.
- Expected to actively adopt and integrate AI tools into day‑to‑day workflows to enhance productivity, decision‑making, and overall impact.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and monitoring, ensuring our platform meets high‑quality and security standards through rigorous testing and documentation.
- Participate in code and architecture reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to help the team continuously improve.
- Identify opportunities for improving developer productivity and system observability, and work to implement those improvements.
- Estimate and plan infrastructure development efforts, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery of platform features.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience as a Platform, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineer, with a strong emphasis on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation.
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Leverages AI tools and automation in everyday work to move faster, improve outcomes, and continuously raise the bar on how we operate.
- A deep focus on stability, performance, and security to ensure our platform remains rock-solid for our users.
