Job summary

Highmark Health seeks a Product Manager to define and execute the strategy for enterprise data exchange products. You will partner with business, technology, governance, privacy, and security teams to drive interoperable, scalable data-sharing capabilities that maximize business value.

Responsibilities include ownership of the product backlog, roadmap prioritization, and alignment with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience for the role.
• 3 years of Product experience.
• 3 years with the Software Lifecycle.
• 1 year of Advanced domain experience.
• 1 year with the Agile process.

Responsibilities

• Understand the department's and the company's strategic roadmap and develop a holistic product vision and strategy.
• Represent the product in governance meetings.
• Own the product backlog and refresh priorities regularly.
• Set roadmaps and communicate decisions across audiences from product teams to executives.
• Identify cross-product and cross-customer value and learnings.
• Other duties as assigned.
