Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a product management leader to drive the strategy, vision, and execution for a portfolio of products supporting Provider Contracting, Credentialing, and Network capabilities within Provider Data & Reimbursement.

The Manager will build and guide a high-performing Product Management team, align stakeholders across business, technology, and operations, and translate market and customer insights into integrated investment decisions and roadmaps for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in product management or related field.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to translate customer needs into product strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, vision, and execution across contracting, credentialing, and network products.
• Oversee backlog management and discovery with the product management team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to drive product launches.
