Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Product Manager to define and execute the strategy for enterprise data exchange products, enabling secure, scalable data sharing across internal and external ecosystems. The role partners with business, technology, data governance, privacy, security, and external stakeholders to drive interoperability and reusable data exchange standards.

The position is hybrid, located within 50 miles of our PA or NY offices, with in-office days Tue/Wed/Thu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in science, technology, mathematics or related field OR relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor’s degree
• 3 years of Product experience
• 3 years with the Software Lifecycle
• 1 year of Advanced domain experience

Responsibilities

• Understand the department's and the company's strategic roadmap and competitive position, and develop a holistic product vision and the corresponding product strategy to drive maximum value.
• Actively anticipates future needs and utilizes metrics and qualitative input to identify asset improvement opportunities.
• Represent the product in governance meetings and set roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences.
