Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Product Manager to define and execute the strategy for enterprise data exchange products, driving interoperability and data sharing across ecosystems. You will partner with business, data governance, privacy, security and external stakeholders to maximize business value.

The role includes owning product backlogs, shaping roadmaps, and delivering measurable outcomes while aligning with the department’s strategic roadmap and competitive position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or relevant experience as determined by the company.
• 3 years of Product experience with 3 years in Software Lifecycle.
• 1 year of Advanced domain experience; 1 year with Agile process preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand the department’s and the company’s strategic roadmap and competitive position, and develop a holistic product vision and strategy to drive value. Set roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences, from product team to executives.
• Actively anticipates future needs and uses metrics and qualitative input to identify asset improvement opportunities.
• Represent the product in governance meetings.
• Set roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences, from product team to executives.
• Own the product backlog and refresh the backlog with input from internal and partner teams.
• Drive cross-product and cross-customer value and shared learnings.
