Job summary

Dyna Robotics is seeking a Product Manager, Data Engine to own the deployment platform that turns field activity into training signals for our embodied AI models. You will define what logs are captured, own labeling schemas, and set the quality bar across labeling and telemetry.

You’ll also shape the internal tooling and UX used by research, engineering, and operations, and ensure operator-facing views meet field realities. Travel to customer sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience owning labeling, annotation, or training data pipelines for ML systems end to end.
• Familiarity with ML infrastructure and how training pipelines consume the data you produce.
• Experience designing and building tooling from scratch for technical and non-technical users in time-sensitive real-site environments.
• Comfort with systems that fail in physical environments; robots and sites can be messy.

Responsibilities

• Decide what we capture and instrument data across the fleet.
• Own the labeling schema, definitions, audits, and governance.
• Define and maintain the quality bar for labeling, coverage, and accuracy.
• Own the end-to-end data loop: telemetry, annotation pipelines, model-behavior observability, and remote teleoperation.
