Job summary

Bear Robotics, Inc. is seeking aProduct Manager of robotics products to drive strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional execution. You will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to translate user needs into actionable requirements and prioritized features.

You will gather user insights from field deployments, analyze data to guide decisions, and plan product launches. This role requires traveling to customer sites and strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working with robotics or hardware systems
• Experience gathering and translating user requirements into product specs
• Ability to travel to customer sites and work in field environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with data analysis and user-centered design principles
• Knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap with cross-functional input
• Gather and prioritize requirements from users and stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver products
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure product quality
• Lead usability testing and capture user feedback for iterations
• Analyze data to inform product decisions and performance improvements
• Plan launches, rollouts, and customer education initiatives
• Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape
• Visit customer sites to observe usage and gather needs
• Perform other duties as assigned
