Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Product Manager for Data Center Infrastructure to drive the roadmap by consolidating Voice of Customer data and defining market solutions in data center environments.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure offerings meet market needs, acting as SME for DC Infrastructure Solutions and coordinating with executive, marketing, and sales teams. Experience in DC design and related tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering required.
• 5+ years relevant industry experience.
• Experience in Data center design, build, commissioning or maintenance.
• Translate customer needs/pain points to solutions and value propositions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Smartsheet, and other business applications.
• Familiarity with CAD, BIM and CFD tools.
• Strong research and analytical skills; propensity for innovation.
• Effectively communicates technical information to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Voice of Customer and propose ideas or solutions.
• Analyze cost and propose improvements.
• Analyze competitor products and document strengths/ deficiencies.
• Define, develop, and administer customer‑facing product evaluation programs.
• Engage with Services to define and implement Power Solutions service offering.
• Gather market intelligence from Sales and Solution Architects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement new technology.
• Maintain product documentation and develop white papers, case studies, and articles.
• Support solution architects with proposals and technical studies.
