Responsibilities

• Understand and synthesize customer, market, and business needs to inform product strategy.
• Develop and maintain current understanding of industry and technology trends.
• Collaborate with Security, Engineering, Sales and Marketing, Information Governance, Customer Success, and Leadership to define requirements.
• Support the product vision and manage the roadmap for your area, aligned with goals.
• Deliver a financially sound, continuously improving technology platform.
• Protect intellectual property, user data, and system integrity by following secure development practices.
• Act as the primary product voice in customer engagements, leading discovery and feedback sessions.
• Support leadership in creation of product management plans and release launches.
• Monitor release schedules to ensure product and feature availability.
• Balance product requirements with development resource constraints to establish feasible schedules.
• Support development of content for customers, support, and sales teams.
• Partner with customer-facing teams to drive client success, retention, and growth.
• This role may involve ad-hoc travel within the UK and overseas.
