Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Product Manager to lead the product strategy within a hybrid work model, located near our Atlanta hub offices. You will own the product backlog, define roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and executives to drive value across the portfolio.

The role emphasizes governance, stakeholder communication, and continuous backlog refinement. Required are 3 years of product experience, a Bachelor’s in a technical field, and familiarity with software lifecycles

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in science, technology, mathematics or related field, or relevant experience as determined by the company.
3 years of product experience.
3 years with the Software Lifecycle.
1 year of Advanced domain experience.
1 year with the Agile process.
Experience designing and operationalizing customer segmentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develops a holistic product vision and strategy to drive maximum value across audiences.
Anticipates future needs using metrics and qualitative input.
Represents the product in governance meetings.
Owns the product backlog and refreshes priorities based on input from teams.
Drives cross-product and cross-customer value and learning.
Other duties as assigned.
