• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.
• Experience owning technology products.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Path to Compliance capabilities, prioritizing investments that grow Glance View coverage and total buyable selection for cross-border customers.
• Partner with engineering, design, legal, and operations teams to translate complex compliance requirements into intuitive seller‑facing experiences, balancing speed of delivery with long‑term system health.
• Analyze seller adoption data, compliance metrics, and customer behavior to identify the highest‑leverage opportunities, set success criteria, and inform trade‑off decisions across the roadmap.
• Drive alignment with cross‑functional stakeholders who have competing priorities, producing clear written documents (PR/FAQs, strategy papers) that build consensus and speed up decision‑making.
• Own end‑to‑end launches, from defining acceptance criteria and participating in testing through monitoring operational health post‑launch, and iterate quickly based on what you learn.
