Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
• 3 years of brand or product innovation marketing experience in CPG, preferably in food.
• 3 years of B2C or B2B experience with basic P&L knowledge.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with IRI, Nielsen and Spins.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Analyze sales volumes, market share trends, and competitive activity to inform strategy.
• Set and manage P&L targets by category and channel.
• Collaborate with SCM and Operations to enable category strategies.
• Lead development of new products from concept to launch.
• Develop marketing plans and communicate with consumers.
• Manage marketing projects including packaging, ads, digital marketing, and social media.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors.
• Develop pricing and positioning to grow market share.
• Create a 3-year strategic plan for growth and profitability.
• Oversee product lifecycle and SKU rationalization.
• Conduct consumer research and monitor market trends.
• Create marketing collateral like sell sheets and brochures.
• Maintain artwork archives and current marketing materials.
• Develop annual marketing budget and execute within it.
