Job summary

Everforth ECS is hiring a Product Manager / Content Strategist for the Arlington, VA hybrid office to own the product backlog and content workstreams for the CIRCIA incident reporting form, portal, and public-facing materials.

You will prioritize work across product, design, research, and compliance teams, ensuring plain-language, regulatory-aligned content that supports federal cyber incident reporting and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in product management or content strategy for digital services with backlog ownership.
• Experience driving prioritization and sequencing across a cross-functional team.
• Experience conducting content audits and producing plain-language recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product and content backlog, including prioritization and sprint sequencing.
• Track progress against milestones and communicate with program leadership.
• Make prioritization decisions when content, design, and compliance conflict.
• Conduct content audits of public-facing forms, portal content, and materials.
• Develop plain-language content recommendations and coordinate with design and compliance teams.
• Collaborate with UX research, design, and compliance to align content with regulatory requirements.
