Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Product Designer to lead design improvements for the next public version of the CIRCIA reporting web form. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in design.
• 5+ years of product design experience translating complex or technical requirements into clear user experiences.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Mural) and experience preparing detailed design specifications for engineering handoff.
• Experience identifying and documenting usability and accessibility issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for one or more priority digital products or forms, partnering with business owners, engineering, and compliance/legal stakeholders to define ambiguous problems and align priorities.
• Prepare draft specifications, annotations, interaction notes, screen states, and expected behaviors for review by senior design leadership.
• Provide structured handoffs to engineering and operations, including acceptance criteria grounded in user research.
• Identify and escalate usability, accessibility, and consistency issues encountered during design and review.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder and user feedback throughout the product lifecycle.
