Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• 5+ years of product design experience translating complex technical requirements into usable UX.
• Proficiency with Figma and Mural; experience creating detailed specs for engineering handoff.
• Experience identifying usability and accessibility issues and addressing them.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for priority digital products or forms with cross-functional teams.
• Create draft specifications including annotations, interaction notes, screen states, and expected behaviors for senior review.
• Deliver structured handoffs to engineering with acceptance criteria from user research.
• Spot and elevate usability and accessibility issues during design and review.
• Iterate designs across the product lifecycle based on stakeholder input.
