Job summary
TrueML, a mission-driven financial software company, is seeking a Product Manager to own the content tooling and communications layer of our SaaS platform. You will shape the vision for content authoring, templates, and multi-channel delivery across email, text, and letters, collaborating with cross-functional teams to empower clients with self-serve control.
You will work with Contentful/Contentstack-like CMS, govern approvals, and elevate personalization with data science, balancing compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Product Management, with exposure to content platforms or marketing tools.
- Experience with CMS or content platforms, or communications infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Own the content tooling and delivery layer for the SaaS platform.
- Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for content authoring and multi-channel delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to give clients fast, self-serve control over messages.
