Job summary

Mortenson Construction, through its BLUvera affiliate, seeks a Project Manager who leads product strategy and lifecycle for the concrete pre-cast duck bank. You will bridge customers, operations, design, engineering, manufacturing, and construction to ensure market-aligned products.

You will define product vision, manage roadmaps, gather requirements, prioritize investments, and align teams around outcomes while driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Product Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in construction, manufacturing, product development, operations, or project management.
• Demonstrated experience leading customer-facing initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen and business planning skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap with market opportunities and customer needs.
• Own product P&L and monitor revenue growth, margins, and market share.
• Lead customer discovery, build relationships with key customers and partners, and translate needs into product priorities.
• Partner with Project Managers on escalations and review portfolio health and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, and Finance to align cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, manufacturability, and customer experience.
