Job summary

Mortenson, through its BLUvera affiliate, seeks a Project Manager to lead a defined product line: concrete pre-cast duck bank. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle, while coordinating with customers and cross-functional teams to align outcomes with business goals.

You will drive product performance, pricing strategy, and market adoption, while leading initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, and construction disciplines. Eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Product Management, or related field.
7+ years of experience in construction, manufacturing, product development, operations, or project management.
Demonstrated experience leading customer-facing initiatives.
Strong financial acumen and business planning skills.
Ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
Own product P&L performance and profitability.
Conduct customer discovery sessions and gather market intelligence.
Partner with Project Managers on customer escalations and strategic issues.
Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, and Finance.
Identify opportunities to improve product performance, scalability, manufacturability, and customer experience.
Direct leadership of product-specific project teams.
