Job summary

Backblaze is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy, execution, and growth for the Computer Backup product across consumer and business offerings. You will own the desktop backup clients, web experiences, and admin tools, shaping a clear product roadmap and guiding cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring at least 4+ years in product management for SaaS or cloud services, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering MVPs and end-to-end lifecycle ownership in agile

Qualifications

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, defining vision and roadmap, leading discovery, and delivering high-quality features from concept through launch and iteration
• Conduct customer and market research, including interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to uncover user needs, identify market opportunities, and shape product strategy
• Translate insights and complex problems into clear product requirements, PRDs, and measurable success criteria
• Make difficult product tradeoff decisions using data-driven analysis, balancing user priorities and technical constraints
• Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to inform decisions, iterate based on real-world performance and feedback, and drive continuous improvement
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and QA to ship high-quality features on schedule
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Support to ensure successful product launches and adoption
