Job summary

The Incentives Lab is seeking a candidate to build the compensation-review product at Lattice, focusing on bands, calibration, manager flow, and the analytics layer, and to help shape product strategy for how organizations align pay with performance.

You will work with comp leads at the customer base monthly, collaborating across incentives, RewardOps, and behavioral economics to deliver actionable insights and scalable tooling.
