Job summary

Asana is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a talented team in Warsaw, guiding 0–1 product development, shaping the roadmap with cross-functional partners, and delivering a high-quality user experience.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Data Science to drive architecture decisions, ensure reliability, and enable rapid iteration, while fostering a culture of accountability and growth within the team.

Job description

Command by Asana is a new product for R&D teams to keep delivery on track as scope shifts, give managers visibility into progress, and enable humans and agents to work from cleaner context and ship with fewer iterations. We are looking for a collaborative Engineering Manager to lead one of the teams bringing this vision to life. In this role, you will build and empower a talented team of engineers, partner cross-functionally to shape the product roadmap, establish technical foundations, and deliver a superlative user experience.

This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do, and your recruiter can share more about the in-office requirements.

We offer a Contract of Employment (UoP) for our employees in Poland.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 34 000 - 39 000 PLN gross per month (subject to all taxes and necessary deductions). The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity and sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
