Sycle, a leading hearing care SaaS provider based in Denver, seeks an experienced Product Manager – Clinic Analytics & Reporting to drive enterprise analytics, BI and practice analytics.

In this role, you will shape the analytics roadmap, translate clinical and retail metrics into executive dashboards, and lead cross-functional collaboration with data engineering, UX, marketing, and client success. Remote-friendly, Denver or West Coast.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years PM in B2B SaaS or Healthcare IT.
• Retail & business metrics mastery.
• Healthcare EMR familiarity desirable.
• Data modeling and reporting experience.
• SQL and BI tool proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute analytics dashboards roadmap.
• Align clinical and retail metrics in dashboards.
• Prototype using AI multi-agent workflows.
• Collaborate with data eng, UX, marketing and client success.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and security.
