Job summary

Sycle is seeking a Product Manager – Clinical Audiology in Denver or US West Coast to blend clinical expertise with product leadership. You will optimize audiogram capture, charting, and provider workflows while shaping classification rules and templates.

Experience as a licensed Audiologist (Au.D.) or Hearing Instrument Specialist transitioning into health tech is ideal. You'll drive cross-functional efforts with engineering and design, accelerate product specs using AI, and ensure clinical

Qualifications

Doctor of Audiology or equivalent clinical qualification required.
2–5+ years in product management, health informatics, or clinical workflow design.
Direct experience with audiology workflows and equipment standards preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead clinical roadmap and domain authority for core audiology suite.
Translate clinical procedures into user-friendly software features to reduce clinician workload.
Define integration requirements with industry equipment and HIMSA/Noah databases.
Leverage AI tools to draft specs, automate documentation, and speed up workflows.
Collaborate with engineering, UX, and clinical advisory boards to ensure compliance.
