Job summary

Release Recovery is building a digital platform to transform addiction and mental health recovery care. We seek a product manager who can take ownership from concept to platform, turning ambitious ideas into shippable plans and meaningful outcomes for users.

You’ll lead discovery, define problems, metrics, and a roadmap, and work with engineering, clinical ops, and partners to ship features that matter and scale over time.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, product ownership, or closely related role.
• Proven experience building and scaling a product from scratch.
• Strong commercial instincts: growth, monetization, and long-term platform value.
• Exceptional ability to turn ambiguous ideas into organized, prioritized plans.
• Experience working with engineering in agile environments.
• Data fluency with analytics tools (Amplitude or similar).
• Clear, confident communication aligning technical teams and external partners.
• Self-directed and adaptable; you build structure.
• Must live in NYC or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product discovery and planning across engineering, clinical operations, and partners.
• Shape concepts into well-scoped, prioritized, financially viable product initiatives.
• Own the full development lifecycle with engineering from scoping to release.
• Drive adoption and ensure features are understood and used.
• Represent the user and guide iteration using analytics and insights.
• Engage with clients and partners to demonstrate product workflows and value.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory considerations to inform strategic planning.
