Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Product Manager to build and scale internal analytics products—dashboards, reporting tools, and insight-generation capabilities—for the Utilization Management Analytics Squad. You’ll own the end-to-end build and manage intake of ad hoc requests, collaborating with data science, engineering, and design to ship features.

You’ll drive user research, write specs, and guide the team through agile ceremonies while prioritizing delivery and user value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Product Management or Technical Product Management.
• 2+ years cross-functional work with Data Science and/or Engineering teams.
• 2+ years partnering with SMEs to define requirements in ambiguous processes.
• 2+ years of stakeholder management experience.
• 2+ years working with Agile methodologies.
• 1+ years building analytics, reporting, or dashboard products.
• 1+ years managing an intake/queue or similar prioritization workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog for an internal UM analytic product (dashboards, reporting, insight tools), from requirements through launch and iteration.
• Manage intake, triage, and prioritization of ad hoc analytics requests against roadmap commitments.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and SME interviews to translate ambiguous questions into clear requirements.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specs for data science and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with designers on UX flows, wireframes, and dashboard/report design.
• Support engineering and data science through requirement clarification and sprint ceremonies.
• Run day-to-day Agile ceremonies and champion best practices.
• Coordinate dependencies with other squads and stakeholders.
• Define and monitor product/adoption metrics; use them to prioritize improvements.
• Communicate product status, trade-offs, and roadmap changes to stakeholders.
