Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Product Associate for Business Banking Data and Agentic AI to drive development and optimization of customer-facing products. You will partner with Product Managers, conduct user research, map journeys, and analyze metrics to shape scalable banking solutions.

Collaborate across data teams and AI initiatives, write clear requirements and stories, and help translate insights into capabilities that improve client outcomes and business results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Advanced Jira skills to write Jira Query Language (JQL), configure epics, stories, and tasks.
• Runbook creation, PowerPoint presentations, and workstream documentation.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
• Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
• Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
• Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
• Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
• Work closely with data and analytics professionals to interpret and analyze data.
• Facilitate data field transfers between source systems.
• Research data-related fields to identify gaps and build epics and stories to address them.

• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
• Advanced Jira skills to write Jira Query Language (JQL), configure epics, stories, and tasks to support product development.
• Runbook creation/maintenance, PowerPoint presentations, and workstream documentation

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• SQL and data analytics experience is a plus.
• Experience in product analysis, focusing on data innovation and business banking deposits.
• Strong research and technical skills in the data space & Understanding of large-scale marketing campaigns.
• Experience in researching complex transactions and building control reports & AI-powered marketing and customer engagement solutions
• Agentic AI and LLM use case discovery & Partnering with Data Science, AI, Architecture, and Product teams
• Data governance, controls, and responsible AI & Prompt design, testing, and evaluation
