Job summary

CSI is seeking a Product Manager to shape banking CRM and customer engagement solutions, collaborating with customers, sales, marketing, engineering, implementation teams to deliver differentiated products.

Ideal candidate has 4+ years in product management within banking/fintech, strong CRM knowledge, and experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria; familiarity with AI-enabled workflows is a plus.

Qualifications

4+ years of Product Management experience.
Experience within banking, financial services, fintech, or related industries.
Strong understanding of CRM concepts and customer lifecycle management.
Experience supporting onboarding, engagement, referrals, workflows, or relationship management.
Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and balance customer needs with business objectives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience translating business needs into product enhancements.
Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, requirements, or product documentation.
Experience collaborating with engineering and development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Drive product strategy and roadmap initiatives for CSI's CRM and engagement portfolio.
Gather feedback from banks, prospects, sales, and implementation teams.
Define EPICs, features, and acceptance criteria; write user stories.
Collaborate with software engineering to deliver solutions and manage backlogs.
Support sprint planning, testing, and release activities; monitor progress.
Communicate priorities and product direction across stakeholders; enable sales with product positioning.
Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and product documentation.
