Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of our Asset Suite Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) product tailored for the nuclear industry. The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution to meet the unique challenges and requirements of nuclear power generation operations. Enterprise Asset Management coordinates closely with Asset Performance Management and Workforce Management to provide customers with a unique, end to end view of their assets.

Product Vision, Strategy and Roadmap:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product vision, strategy and roadmap for Asset Suite EAM, focusing on the nuclear industry.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify market needs, customer requirements, and industry trends.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business objectives.

Product Development:

  • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality product releases on time and within budget.
  • Ensure that the product meets regulatory and compliance standards specific to the nuclear industry.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to manage the product development lifecycle and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and ensure the product meets their needs.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, user group meetings, and industry events to build strong relationships and gather insights.
  • Provide product training and support to customers and internal teams.

Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, threats, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to inform product strategy.
  • Monitor competitor products and strategies to ensure Asset Suite EAM remains competitive.

Sales and Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging.
  • Create product collateral, including datasheets, whitepapers, and presentations, to support sales efforts.
  • Provide product expertise and support during sales engagements and customer demonstrations.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on product performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the enterprise asset management or nuclear industry.
  • Strong understanding of the nuclear power generation industry, including regulatory requirements and operational challenges.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex software products from concept to launch.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
