In this role, we seek those who bring Operations, Manufacturing, or Production experience to enable engagement with our clients through their organizational change initiatives related to Safety.
A Day in the Life and the Impact You’ll Make:
You will help save lives, reduce serious injuries, and improve the culture of DEKRA’s clients through organizational change initiatives that drive safety performance improvement through client engagements. Our Consultant positions are critical for the overall success of any client engagement, and are the lynch pin between the front line through the organization to the c-suite.
The overall objective of our Consultants is to utilize organizational change knowledge to deliver the results that our clients are seeking, become a trusted advisor, and expand the scope and breadth of existing client engagements. When leading projects, they are accountable for assuring that their team can effectively delivery our primary Consulting solutions with excellence by coaching and mentoring with sincere, candid feedback.
To be successful in this position our Consultants will need a deep understanding of our centerline solutions, be able to adapt these solutions to meet client objectives and understand how the offering can be integrated into the client organization.

Compensation:
This position allows for hourly professional fees according to confirmed project work; with fees ranging from $50/hour to $130/hour. Actual pay is based on several factors including market location, position-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and placement in a specific consulting level based on experience and work history.
