Modernize Home Services seeks a Product Manager to accelerate the Appointments roadmap, shaping capabilities for homeowners and contractors across the client base. You’ll bridge contractor and homeowner experiences with engineering and operations, owning what drives success and turning insights into action.

You will lead discovery, testing, and roadmap prioritization while collaborating with product, design, and analytics to improve adoption and metrics.

Formación

• 4+ years of product management experience with multi-product ownership.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear priorities.
• Experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests to inform decisions.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven focus.
• Proven experience with product analytics platforms and metrics (adoption, churn, engagement).
• Excellent communicator who aligns cross-functional teams and communicates roadmap strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own the Appointment product roadmap, translating objectives into KPI-driven priorities.
• Lead product and feature rollouts from discovery to deployment.
• Create PRDs and communicate requirements clearly to enable engineering execution.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design to ship improvements on time.
• Drive adoption by removing friction in key customer workflows and engaging with clients on outcomes.
• Analyze results and inform roadmap with sharp, data-informed decisions.
