Dentsu is seeking a product manager in New York to drive digital products within the AI & Automation Solutions team. You’ll work like an internal tech agency, guiding ideas from concept to launch and iterating after release with global engineering partners.

You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment, solve complex problems, and help translate needs into thoughtful digital solutions. This role supports flexible yet office-based collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of product management experience
• Experience in digital product or tech agency environments
• Track record of concept-to-launch and post-launch iteration
• Strong requirements writing, documentation, and prioritization
• Collaborative, problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Familiarity with web applications and communication with technical teams
• Comfort partnering with offshore teams (e.g., India)
• Ability to work in Eastern or Central time zones for overlap
• Eligibility to work without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead products through the full lifecycle—from discovery to launch and ongoing iteration.
• Translate business needs into clear, user-centered product requirements.
• Write strong documentation, including workflows, acceptance criteria, and user stories.
• Prioritize backlogs and partner closely with developers, including offshore teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across departments and time zones.
• Support internal and external projects that vary in size, scope, and audience.
• Contribute to a team culture that values learning, curiosity, and inclusive decision-making.
