Job summary

GoodLeap is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to drive a unified vision for AI Transformation and Salesforce initiatives. You will own discovery, requirements, backlog, and delivery while coordinating go-to-market and adoption with business units.

You will partner with Legal, Security, and Compliance, including AI governance processes, to promote product adoption and identify growth opportunities. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Oversee AI/ML-based products and manage complex data tasks for business outcomes.
• Experience implementing AI technologies (LLMs, agentic workflows) to drive value.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud, release cycles, admin/config).
• Proactive bias to action in fast-paced environments.
• Thrive in cross-functional settings and deliver scalable user-focused solutions.
• Strong data-driven approach to iteratively improve product impact.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; scale new products from concept to launch.
• Excellent communication, translating complex trade-offs to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap for AI Transformation and Salesforce teams.
• Own end-to-end product development: discovery, requirements, backlog, delivery; coordinate GTM and adoption.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security, Compliance, and Salesforce stakeholders to promote adoption and identify growth opportunities.
• Define and analyze key product metrics; use data to inform decisions and provide updates to senior leaders and squads.
