Pi.Security is hiring a Product Manager in San Francisco to own roadmap areas of the platform, working directly with founders, engineers, and security researchers. This early product role requires building processes from scratch and shipping in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with sales and marketing, shape memory and context models, and prototype using AI coding tools before committing to engineering work. Five days onsite weekly in SF.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience shipping technical products used by real users.
• Experience building products for developers, security teams, or other technical users.
• Technical depth to read a pull request and follow architecture discussions.
• Hands-on daily use of AI coding tools and agents.
• Experience with probabilistic outputs and measuring quality over time.
• Clear writing and ability to drive decisions across engineering, customers, and leadership.
• Willingness to work onsite in San Francisco five days a week.

Responsabilités

• Own the roadmap for major areas of the Pi platform, from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Talk with security and engineering teams weekly and translate feedback into what we ship.
• Understand frontier models and design for capabilities arriving next.
• Define trust bar for autonomous agents and how we measure quality over time.
• Shape how Pi integrates with GitHub, issue trackers, chat, and coding agents.
• Prototype with AI coding tools before involving engineering teams.
• Define success metrics before launch and monitor adoption and outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on positioning, launches, and adoption.
• Establish lightweight product practices that scale with the team.
