Cooley AI, the technology arm of a leading law firm, seeks a Product Manager to transform firm workflows into instrumented, automated processes. You will own a product squad, guide MVPs to production, and measure adoption and impact across administration, operations, or client delivery.

The role emphasizes shipping outcomes, with collaboration across engineering and Practice Innovation to pilot and scale solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of directly applicable product management experience.
• Experience shipping workflows or automation products in production.
• Proven track record delivering products from conception to release.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and own a roadmap with explicit outcome targets.
• Prioritize opportunities using a data-grounded scoring model.
• Communicate tradeoffs: what ships now, next, and what is not pursued.
• Conduct structured discovery to validate problems and quantify opportunities.
• Deliver clear product artifacts: PRDs, MVP briefs, acceptance criteria.
• Define measurable success criteria and post-launch evaluation.
• Document target-state workflow with roles, states and handoffs.
• Ensure requirements are shippable with clear scope and dependencies.
