Job summary

GC AI is building an operating system for in-house legal teams. We seek a Product Designer to own end-to-end design for a platform evolving from AI copilot to full workflow orchestration. You will tackle multi-agent experiences, surface insights from large datasets, and craft trust signals for lawyers delegating to AI.

You will collaborate with founders and engineers to define the visual language and ship interfaces that scale, with a focus on fast iteration and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Strong Figma skills and ability to contribute to an established design system.
• Comfort with HTML/CSS/JS or React; able to prototype and ship front-end changes.
• Sharp visual and interaction design sense with attention to detail.
• Fast learner, iterative, and data-informed with users.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-native workflows end-to-end including prompts, agent outputs, and trust cues.
• Ship features weekly with PMs and engineers from explorations to handoff.
• Prototype AI interaction patterns and pressure-test ideas before building.
• Contribute to and extend the design system to keep the product fast and scalable.
• Engage with in-house legal users to understand workflows and pain points.
• Translate dense legal workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces.
