Job summary

Filevine, a Legal AI company, is seeking an Associate Product Manager to shape feature-level execution of our AI tools and platform initiatives. You will work with Senior PMs, Engineering, UX Design, and Customer Success to turn legal workflows and real-time AI insights into practical product features.

You will write user stories, collaborate on LOIS-powered capabilities, and help create release notes and training materials.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software product management experience in SaaS.
• B.S. or M.S. in business, CS, IS, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and backlog management tools.

Responsibilities

• Write clear user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria for AI-driven features.
• Execute functional requirements for LOIS-powered capabilities like automated deposition summaries and real-time analysis.
• Partner with engineering and UX to translate customer needs into intuitive software solutions.
• Groom backlog, slice user stories, anticipate bottlenecks, and manage sprint backlog.
