Job summary

Q2 is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and governance for PrecisionLender’s Q2 Assistant Platform. You will shape the evolution of Skills and AI-powered agents, align with Data, Engineering, Delivery, Sales, and Customer Success, and translate client needs into a scalable platform strategy.

The role requires 5+ years in product management, experience with platform or suite, and a background in banking or regulated industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or equivalent
• Experience owning strategy and roadmap for a platform
• Experience with AI-powered products or conversational agents
• Background in banking, financial services, or regulated industry
• Experience establishing governance, prioritization, and quality standards
• Technical fluency to partner with Engineering and Data
• Experience pricing, packaging, and investment recommendations
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, sequencing, and lifecycle for PrecisionLender’s Q2 Assistant Platform, including Skills and AI-powered agents
• Define product strategy based on customer needs, market trends, objectives, and regulatory considerations
• Establish governance and quality standards for core and custom platform capabilities
• Develop business cases, pricing, packaging, forecasts, and investment recommendations for new capabilities
• Partner with Engineering, Product Owners, and Data teams to prioritize work and move capabilities from discovery through GA
• Monitor adoption, performance, financial results, and customer feedback to guide investment and improvement
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data, Delivery, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Operations
• Represent Q2 Assistant with customers, prospects, executives, and industry stakeholders, clearly communicating product vision and value
