Job summary

Niural is seeking a Product Manager to own the end-to-end experience for key NIURAL products in NYC. You will partner with engineering, design, and other PMs to turn ambiguous customer problems into clear, buildable requirements. This is a hands-on role with real ownership over what ships.

You will drive strategy, discovery, and delivery, writing PRDs and acceptance criteria, and leading cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, regulated space like payroll and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of end-to-end product management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• Deep familiarity with AI/LLM-powered product features.
• Comfortable discussing technical tradeoffs with engineers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with product tooling (Jira/Linear/Figma/Notion).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Build and maintain a prioritized product roadmap.
• Translate customer problems into clear PRDs and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing.
• Define integration requirements, testing, and validation processes.
