Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Product Manager to join an early-stage healthtech startup focused on AI-powered home health platforms. You will replace spreadsheet workflows with modern tools, shaping a medical record platform and driving faster patient care.

You will work closely with engineering, translating customer insights into product direction, and owning outcomes like adoption and user satisfaction. Hybrid work with SF location is offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of product management experience, preferably in early-stage or high-growth startups.
• Hands-on software engineering or coding experience and strong technical judgment.
• Experience building B2B SaaS products, especially workflow-heavy or operational products.

Responsibilities

• Interview and shadow home health teams to identify their top needs.
• Build prototypes, demo to users, and iterate based on feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate insights into product direction and review implementations.
• Turn customer requests into scalable product and platform improvements.
• Own adoption, usage, satisfaction, and time savings, sharing learnings with leadership.
