• Experience building and managing B2B SaaS products.
• Experience owning operational, workflow-heavy products or modernizing legacy platforms.
• Strong understanding of product development, software architecture, and engineering processes.
• Ability to spend approximately 50% of time with customers and 50% with engineering teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and taking on cross-functional responsibilities.
• Strong customer focus, problem-solving, and a hands-on, low-ego approach.
• Passion for understanding user needs and delivering measurable value.
