Job summary

Hims is seeking a product leader to own a new, relationship-first consumer experience that spans existing health categories and new offerings, built on our AI and care platform.

You will define synthesis across categories, partner with engineering, design, and clinical teams, and shape long-term roadmaps in a fast-growing, fully remote environment.

This is a 0-to-1 build with a focus on scalable processes, strong communication, and delivering meaningful improvements for customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience across cross-functional teams.
• Track record of shipping consumer products that drive business impact.
• Strong POV on using AI to reshape consumer healthcare and integrate it into the core product.
• Fluency with AI agents and AI-native workflows; AI-native is the default mode.
• Strategic vision with ability to design scalable processes from scratch in a fast-growing setting.
• Excellent written communication and collaboration in a fully remote role.
• Bonus: experience in health, wellness, or 0-to-1 products.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end consumer experience for the new relationship-first offering from discovery to ongoing engagement.
• Define synthesis layer across existing categories and stand up new product lines.
• Partner with engineering and design to build AI into the core of the consumer experience.
• Partner with clinical teams to ensure protocols, safety, and education are embedded in the product.
• Shape short- and long-term roadmaps to balance scalability with day-to-day improvements.
• Operate in a fast-growing, evolving environment with more opportunities than resources.
